im in ohio This is one of the rudest and most incompetent taxi .I actually didnt feel safe with idrive driver .He yelled at me over the phone and wasnt make any sence! Zero , (grey wolf)at first always late on return ride multi hours late . No place get food or eat . Car felt like it was going to break down , second time car smell bad ., and then one time the driver was in something and was swerving and falling asleep at the wheel. I reported it and was marked as they should never pick me up today. awful customer service. after 4 phone calls for mileage reimbursement forms I still haven't gotten them.
Not a great 1st impression. Missed a call that the driver was running behind. So I called when the time frame ran out and no one showed up. Found out they wouldn't have made it until an hour after my appt time and my docs office was called w/o my permission to see if the appt could be changed.
