My experience was not good with Dr Bloom after being diagnosed with breast cancer. He have suggested doing a Lumpectomy. In Mexico my cousin who is an oncologist told me it would have to be a Mastectomy. or else it would be a time bomb. I trusted Dr Bloom, I went through two surgeries since the Canser continued and 8 months later there was a recurrence. Dr. Bloom and his staff along with all the staff in the Copley Out Patient Surgery Department were fantastic. I cannot say enough about my care and my follow up with this team. I felt so at ease with all of them. So far my recovery has been as expected.

Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Bloom did a very cursory examination that led to a determination that surgery was needed. No further examination or health history taken to prepare for the surgery. He stated that he "hadn't done that (surgery) in a long time." Also that he'd need to track down the needed supplies. Not confident having this doctor do surgery on me.

Dr Bloom was one of the must caring Dr's I have dealt with. He & his staff informed me every step of the way with my care. He calls himself with tests results. I highly recommend him.
