Proven Physical Therapy is a fantastic place for PT. I had the fortunate opportunity to have Sue Taub as my physical therapist. She takes her time, listens to your concerns, gives you a plan to follow outside the facility and is truly kind. She will listen to you when you think something isn’t working and have different ideas and suggestions to try. I have nothing but the highest of praise for Sue and Proven Physical Therapy and give the highest of recommendations.

Thank you to John Daniels (DPT) for healing my shoulder! To give some background, I'm in my mid-30s and have kept myself in decent shape - however, life circumstances prevented me from regular exercise for about 4-5 months. Craig PT has helped me through multiple injuries. Each time he was very thorough in his evaluation and his treatments were effective! I highly recommend proven physical therapy. You'll actually get the attention and personalized treatment that many other PTs won't give you.

Highly recommend Proven PT. My physical therapist was Diane Quigley who was excellent and helped me get over a persistent and worsening issue that took several months of therapy to resolve. She was very helpful and patient, as well as teaching me various exercises, techniques and stretches. Rest of the staff was also very pleasant and helpful. All sessions were fully with Diane as Proven PT does not have PT techs or assistants.
