Jim was a pleasure to work with and helped me to get a proper fit for a new road bike. I was new to long distance riding and his expertise and guidance saved me a lot of trial and error which would have taken me much longer to figure out.
A bike mechanic I trusted told me Jim was ‘the’ triathlon bike fit expert of the area… the fit, the feedback on form, and brief coaching were well worth the long drive, a day well spent!
Just had a Basic Fitting today on my hybrid bike and I'm really looking forward to my next ride. Jim made adjustments to my cleats, seat height, optimized my pedal strokes, and I also purchased a new seat, everything now feels much more comfortable. He’s was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, detailed, and just an all-around nice person. Absolutely fantastic time working with Jim to get the most comfortable AND efficient (aka FAST) bike fit. From start to finish Jim is a consummate professional - not just taking measurements and giving feedback but explaining it all in a way that makes the very complex information easily understood and relatable. You will leave knowing not only more about your bike mechanics, but about cycling specifically to your needs. He even followed up with trails to ride (I’m new to riding in this area)! Absolutely 100% recommend!
