Just had a Basic Fitting today on my hybrid bike and I'm really looking forward to my next ride. Jim made adjustments to my cleats, seat height, optimized my pedal strokes, and I also purchased a new seat, everything now feels much more comfortable. He’s was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, detailed, and just an all-around nice person. Absolutely fantastic time working with Jim to get the most comfortable AND efficient (aka FAST) bike fit. From start to finish Jim is a consummate professional - not just taking measurements and giving feedback but explaining it all in a way that makes the very complex information easily understood and relatable. You will leave knowing not only more about your bike mechanics, but about cycling specifically to your needs. He even followed up with trails to ride (I’m new to riding in this area)! This was my second fit by Jim at ProTriFit this time on my TT bike. I had made a bunch of adjustments prior to the fit with Jim on my own. I was thinking there wasn’t much more that could be done to help me generate more pwr and be more comfortable/aero. I could not have been more wrong! My experience with Jim was top notch! He took time to ask about my riding, what I was experiencing today, and what my goals were. He explained every step of the process, offered advice and recommendations, options, and openly shared his own knowledge and experiences! Most of that came before I even sat on my bike to start the measuring and analysis part!
