I have only spoken to one person with this law firm after sending my information six Separate occasions . The reason why I am writing a negative review is I receivedone message back letting me know I have to spend $250 just to have a consultation done. Most law firms or least speak to you beforehand to let you know if you have a viable case or not. Marc negotiated lien releases for several real estate properties serving as collateral for an SBA loan. He worked with the brokers, title officer and walked everyone through this complicated maze. Marc is extremely knowledgeable about SBA’s rules, regulations and procedures and without his help, we would have been lost. Thank you Protect Law Group!
We defaulted on an SBA loan that was eventually transferred to Treasury. Marc and Alex filed an action with the SBA Office of Hearings & Appeals asserting several legal defenses. The SBA ultimately agreed to a settlement that reduced the debt by 95%. Thank you, thank you, thank you Protect Law Group!
The attorney seemed knowledgeable but not willing to help out small business, kept on stating how there are multimillion customers that need his assistance and how hes totally booked and there are forms that can be easily submitted by us, restated that he does not have time for small forms. Ended a short 30 minute call that, by the way, you have to pay the line per minute in a very pessimistic way.
I paid and hired this group because I thought they cared about my well being. Not only did I over pay for the poor service I received, but I was also treated with disrespect. Stay away and don't fall for their "say anything to get you to sign" tactics. Yes I didn't get the result I was hoping for, but there is not excuse for the lack of response to my questions, telling me your going to do something and then don't, and then blaming me after screwing me of $5,000. Just stay away. They don’t know what they are doing.
