I have had two sets of custom earplugs with in-ear monitors made by Mat from Protec Hearing over the last 4 years. An absolute game changer for motorcycle riding, in particular long distance riding. Cannot speak highly enough of the reduction in wind noise and wind fatigue. Absolute game changer.
