I've had earplugs made for sleeping by Protec Hearing for decades. Matt's Dad made my earlier sets and now Matt has carried on the tradition. Protec is a wonderful, family run business making a very durable, top notch product that lasts for years....unless the dog eats them or they get thrown out by the cleaner in Bali. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Came in looking for custom motorcycle ear plugs after putting a really loud exhaust on my bike. Excellent service from Mat who provided custom ear plugs for motorcycle riding. In the process I discovered I have very narrow ear canals which may explain why I have been unable to use earbud or loop type noise suppressors effectively. The ear-mold custom earplugs have made a significant difference to the wind noise I was getting in my helmet whilst still allowing me to hear the GPS navigation instructions from the helmet speakers.
Work in surface Mining and find these ear plugs are perfect. Two way comms clear and reduces all those other beeps buzzers and engine noises associated with the role. All claimable and recommended for your long term work life health
Had some earplugs made late last year. Mat was super friendly and explained everything. Only just had a chance to try them at a VERY loud death metal show. They basically retain all the sound quality without the high volume. Wish I'd had a pair of these 20 years ago!
