Worst processing of pickups ever. That take in enough money you works thick they would try to expedite pickups. Withe 3 hours. Crazy!

Don't deal with them! Used to be a good place, but recently had a problem with them. Talked to them on the phone to get a problem figured out, then when I drove 3 hrs to get there, I was told something totally different from the same person. I drove 6 hrs round trip. They do not keep their word, also their app is too hard to use and needs fixed! I will not do anymore business with this company! They lie to you!!!!Watch your back with them. ProTEAM Auction has established a very professional and successful auction that has put East Tennessee on the map!! Mike Rouse referred us, Lawson family, to this very respectful company. Travis Phillips, the owner, has a distinguished, calm temperament that is rare to find from anyone in this line of work. I continue to ask myself how does he do it so gracefully???
