This is a cute store and it's a good idea in theory, but I cannot say I recommend spending time attempting to sell clothes through their buyback program. First, scheduling was not easy. She initially only had slots on weekdays, which isn't the most convenient. I absolutely adore Protea Zero Waste. My ONLY complaint is that it's in Kailua and I live in town. Honestly that's probably for the best or else I would be there way more frequently combing the racks as they are always getting cute new thrifted pieces in and that would be hard on my wallet. I've shopped there and done Buy Backs and was honestly shocked to see any negative reviews about the process. The ladies that work there are SO friendly and the owner was up front the entire process.
