I got my 2023 taxes done last year with this location. They were helpful and attentive and got me a larger return than expected. Sadly this year me and the owner got into it because I wanted to weigh my options with another company and I was accused of wasting their time. The reason for my 5 star is because initially the person helping me was doing everything he could to help me and was very helpful and great at explaining everything he was doing. I would still recommend this place to friends and family.
Michelle provides excellent customer service. I’ve been coming back since 2019 because of her.
I was sure I was gonna have to pay this year, but I ended up getting money back. Michelle G. Was very thorough and really came through for us during the 2024 tax return. Me and my family are very grateful. Worth EVERY penny
