This guy was awful on the phone. He was so upset that I responded without answering all of his questions which I did not see at first and was very angry that his instructions were not followed perfectly and basically told me it was his way or the highway without letting me speak at all. The 5-star reviews here are genuine. For the 2025 tax year, I had emailed/called around 30 CPAs, and Marc was the only one who understood my case inside and out on the first consult call. Him and his teams diligence and attention to detail instilled all the confidence I needed for filing this year — which is the important part when hiring a CPA. Wanted a quote for a cpa to help with dual status tax return. Extremely unprofessional tone. Would not give a price up front. Wants over 2 grand for work others have quoted $450 for.
