I made an appointment with Steve over a year before but got an email saying he was retiring and his daughter Leah would handle my taxes instead. We had arranged for a virtual appointment, but when the time came, she never called me and I didn’t get an email or anything. I had to call the office to see what was going on and they apologized and rescheduled it for later. Leah’s communication was horrible and she didn’t even end up completing the service.
