I am always amazed at Dr. Katlin’s ability to “connect the dots” to treat the sources of my pain. Who would guess that adhesions in my elbow connect (through the fascia) to cause cramping in my fingers? I understand why some people are averse to needles, but if you are even remotely considering dry-needling I would encourage you to try it - the temporary discomfort is well worth the long-term results!
