Brian was amazing. He fixed everything I needed quickly and easily. He even resolved a couple of past issues I had ignored. The response was the best, and he was very kind and understanding of my lack of knowledge with the technical terms.
Prostratus' tech support assistant, Lee was a Godsend in restoring access to several of my Quickbooks accounts and solving why my printer was not printing.. Lee is very knowledgeable and his pleasant and relaxed demeanor were calming when I was at wit's end with my computer. Lee earned five stars for his performance with my computer!!!.
