I used this terrible company, and they will not answer the phone. After only 4 month the threshold is already fallen off. Do not use them
I guess ProStar is good at other types of doors, just not barn doors. The doors were hung backwards and there's a gap between the doors when closed all the way. I politely asked Tanner to at least come back over and turn them around, he said he'd get back to me. After 4-5 phone calls and texts I've heard nothing more. I'm so frustrated with the idea of having to hire someone to come fix my brand new doors. Three stars was generous for this particular job.
Their consultant was not pushy on our initial meeting and I ended up with the doors I really wanted. Excellent craftsmanship by their tech, Tanner, who was also very professional and understood what my expectations were for the installation. We had a small snafu on the original install with wrong hinges and door style (factory mistake) but that was rectified quickly by the owner; Susie. Highly recommend!
