Only gave this company a single star because had there been negative stars, I would have given this company a NEGATIVE 5 STAR ! On a trip to a local casino, over half way there, the coach broke down, forcing us to wait about 2.5 - 3 hours, then getting a replacement coach that looked like it was even older than the original one ! This company, as I first said, resembles a company which uses nothing but used, outdated, dilapidated vehicles and those that are maintained in the least expensive way ! Ac was out, the bus driver kept saying that it was on,when clearly it was not and kept driving without thinking about his passengers.when asked to pull over dt the suffocating heat (102degreee), he did not want to because it was an "unnecessary stop" finally he did,but owner was not answering phone calls to send over another bus.
