I was referred to Gloria by a good friend. After gathering all of my tax documents and finally making the agreed upon down payment, I was told my 2021 taxes would be filed and she would begin working on setting up a payment plan with IRS. However, after making payment for my tax returns and over 1/2 the remaining balance she cancelled the service simply stating “I must not respect her business”.
