Will be definately reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau.I will be telling all my friends in the katy area to avoid this place. This has got to be the absolute worst place to visit if you need a massage to relax you body and soul. The young lady that attended me was rude to welcome me in and did a poor job of explaining what was included in the packages they offer. This was probably the worst massage ever. As soon as I walked in the lady shushed me. She came in a couple second later saying they only had time to do a 25-30 minute massage when I made An appointment for a 60 minute massage. After I said i would like the 60 minute massage she said it’ll be 55 minutes because they take 5 minutes off for you to change, which I never heard at any other massage facility. Worst experience! They don’t know how to massage, and the lady left the room many times during the session and massaged for 40 minutes instead of 60 minutes I paid for. She also forced me to pay her a tip which doesn’t make sense at all.
This place used to be good but now the new ladies at the place keep telling me to come back later because they are “busy” with customers but no car was at the front I do not usually write reviews but this one really got to me
