Very poor communication throughout the entire loan process. Only one of two partners was corresponded with despite multiple requests to include both (financial equal) partners. The “Cost to Close” number (amount of actual money owed on the day of settlement) increased multiple times without explanation. The most recent being on the actual day of settlement, when we found that we owed an additional $1,000.
