I worked with Jim O'Connor from the Haddonfield office. Jim was extremely committed to stepping me through the process from pre-approval to closing. I probably called, texted and emailed 1000s of times. Never did it seem to rattle him. Jim was extremely responsive. He has an ease and a tenacity to him. I can tell he loves what he does. His customer support and validation are beyond compare. I'm truly grateful.
They do not answer your requests for necessary documents, such as the mortgage application and do not write back to you in the home-buying process. It is virtually a fraudulent organization that approves anyone submitting an application and then chooses who they will actually continue the process of home-buying and transferring necessary documents with such as the pre-approval and mortgage application.
