I was referred to Prosperity Financial Services and unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant experience. I wish I would have done my due diligence and vetted providers before agreeing to this service. On tax day (4/15) I inquired about my return and was told around 5pm that I would receive them for review shortly. Several hours went by and I called and emailed with no response.
