I was very disappointed with the level of service I received during the year and half that I was a client. I had very few meetings with my adviser. The meetings that I did have had very little depth. After a horrible experience with our previous financial advisor my husband and I were very concerned about trusting someone with our investments again. Darla has proven that there are good people out there. She is as genuine as they come. She has her clients best interest in mind at all times. I interviewed multiple financial advisors before landing in Darla’s office. Not a single one before her offered anything I wasn’t doing already myself. I didn’t have a lot of money to invest and amazingly she directed me toward investments she wouldn’t make a dime off of to max out tax shelters outside of her control before she would take a single dime to invest with her. I was a client here for a little over a year and a half. In that time I had very few meetings with my adviser. The meetings that I did have were at my request. Sadly, these meetings had very little depth. Often times when I would ask my adviser questions I would be met with a reply of "I cannot comment on that", "I don't understand the question", or "Your investments are fine.".
