Friendly helpful eager to serve you for loans
Erica is very rude and unprofessional. I would think a teller supervisor would be exceptionally helpful and professional to customers however that is not the case. Everyone else is amazing.
I would not recommend this bank. I tried to open an account here 3 times, and each time, either the person who was supposed to be there wasn't available , or they were on vacation, or the bank simply shrugged their shoulders because they couldn't help with a simple issue: opening an account. Its an issue of providing simple, adequate service. Apparently a passport, which requires a SS card to even get, is not enough to open an account here, but it's more than enough to cash a check there, as long as you pay them for it. Each... read more
