The tellers at this location are very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. When I walk in and have to listen to the tellers talk negatively about another Customer loud enough for everyone to hear, there is a problem. Everyone has a right to their opinion, but a professional setting is not the place to express that opinion. That this is occurring in a financial institute is troubling.
I have been a customer for a long time. Was a customer at this building before it was even Prosperity. Everyone is very nice. When I come into the lobby I am greeted by name. That courtesy extends to the drive thru also. Also I'm so glad that they have extended their lobby hours and drive thru hours also. . I would never leave this bank.
Have been banking at this location even before it was prosperity. Love the employees and the atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly .
I love the people who work there! Very courteous. Know me by name. Service is excellent!!
