Poor customer service. Didn't seem to want my business. I gave up trying open account.
I've been looking for a new bank so I went in and asked to open a checking and saving account. The banker never greeted me, never said "how are you", no introductions. Just briskly asked for my ID then my social. The banker very much seemed like she did not want to be there and I felt unwelcome by her attitude. After she made copies of my license and ID another customer walked in and the banker that was helping me stopped to take some forms to the other customer who came in. The greeting and service is nice but they definitely need to get more help because if there is an issue it takes them a while to get back to you. I have to keep calling or going in to resolve an online banking issue and because they only have one banker he is overwhelmed. Dakota is really nice and helpful but does need back up help.
