I don’t like to write reviews about company’s unless my experience was great or very poor. I have banked with prosperity bank for a long time and the tellers and staff are always Wonderful. I recently went in to get information about an account I had and the person I spoke with Deborah was awful. She was rude, dismissive and I think she just does not want to do her work. Prosperity bank is terrible. I had fraud on my checking account for $294. I went to the bank and talked to the Bank manager about needing file a claim. She looked it up and found what happened. I had ready call the 800# and started the claim and they did nothing about it. So that went I called to the manager. She call the companies that scam me and got some of my money back all except $85 and give the phones number and said that's all she can do and I could keep calling with no answer myself and try to get the money back. What is normally a very friendly and efficient bank is now a slow and poorly managed bank. It took over 20 minutes to deposit one check today at the drive thru. There was only three cars and three windows. It started with a person making deposits for a commercial account in the "not commercial line". The bank did not tell her to drive around to the commercial side. This meant a very long back up for all of the other clients.
