I went to the Tomball branch to cash a check only because my bank wanted to put a 7 day hold on the check and I needed the funds immediately. Therefore I went to the Tomball branch. Never have I been treated like a criminal. I presented the check with my DL, after standing there almost 5 mins she said she has to get approval am ok with that. I do not have any experience with the local branch so this review is not about them. I have never had such an awful experience with a bank. The 800 number kept referring me to a loan officer who did not respond to me and when he did respond it was always "what the back office" was telling him. When you ask to speak to someone in the back office they don't talk to the public. All of this and all I was trying to do was pay off a loan and get a lien released.
