I compared this Bank with another local bank. The other local Bank (Lubbock Nat Bank), had more options and service available for me. The other local bank was also willing to work with me. This one was not, with no options for me. Definitely go to another local bank. You are more than just a number.

One of Prosperity’s customers wrote a check to me that was returned as insufficient. I called the bank to see if the check was now good so I could cash it. It rang 12 times with no answer. I called again with 15 rings with no answer. I tried another location with 10 rings and no answer. Tried a third location with 15 rings and no answer. When I finally got through, They refused to tell me if there was sufficient funds for me to drive there to cash the check. Rachel Garcia at the 98th street branch was very helpful and helped me resolve my issues with my direct deposits.she should be commendid for her outstanding customer service not like the branch in Slaton where they would not even take the time to get on the computer or make calls to help resolve my concern. Rachel is a great representative of your company and I hope you give her an award for outstanding customer service.

Mary helped me at the front counter today and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Really great interaction, and far better than my experience at other locations! 10/10 would recommend!
