I had a Horrible experience at this branch. I don't know why anyone would want to bank with this prosperity bank. Long story short, one of their customers gave me a cashier's check. I went to the branch to cash to check because it was a large item that was sold They first of all charge their customer to get a cashier's check and then, secondly, they charge me a very high fee to cash the check and on top of that, they took forever to cash the check. I go to this bank to pay the mortgage on our home every month never had an issue . Recently we had some roof damage and got a check from our insurance company to fix I went in to have the check endorsed so we can begin our roof repairs. I was told Betty Anderson would help me but all she did was call someone else completely ignore that I was sitting right there did not explain anything she was intending on doing .
