This bank has serious problems of Customer Service not only online, but in person was a debacle. I went straight to the ATM to make a withdrawal and the ATM declined my card without telling me what was the problem. I went to the drive thru 100F waiting in line finally I was at the tube and sent the withdrawal slip with my card, asking for a single $100 bill, and asking Why, the ATM didn’t give me $$$. 10 minutes later and being only 2 clients I was like what’s going on?!?! Front desk lady didn’t help me, I asked several questions and she answered rudely with 1 or 2 words. Definitely not coming back! Makes me not want to come to Crockett for that matter.
The two ladies that work the drive-thru in the morning both have bad attitudes. When I arrived, they stared at me for the longest and rolled their eyes at me at least three times, especially the lady to my left and your right that looks like she could be Hispanic maybe, before acknowledging me. The Branch Manager Cathy Crawley had no desire to assist me resolve a business concern. I had to contact customer service to get assistance. Prosperity has a Diversity Policy that I feel is not followed by this branch. I would not recommend opening a business account with this branch.
They go above and beyond to try and help with all your banking needs. I highly recommend!
