I have been a member of the bank since 1989. #1 issue, the lobby is not open on Saturdays. #2 I took a small cashier check from my acct at First United Bank made out in my name to deposit in savings at Prosperity. First, they wanted to put a hold on the cashier's check, then they actually called First United. I felt like a criminal. Never had any trouble until Prosperity took over. Love my Prosperity Bank! Extremely nice people and helpful. Had someone use my debit card and they took care of it like it was their own!
I like the bank and especially Kailey and Bailey. They are nice, explain things to you, and their customer service is exceptional! They really talk to you about fraud and scams. They are building a new location right up the street from me.
I put money on an account there long ago years ago can't remember much but that can't get that money I guess that's gone forever 😟
This is the best bank. The lady's and even James are some of the sweetest people. They are good with your money and help no matter what.
