I have worked with Rachel, the branch manager, and Whitney, the teller supervisor, extensively. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my elderly father with issues on his account. I do not know what I would have done if they had not been so willing to go the extra mile and do the extra work they have done for us. Their attitude has carried on to the other tellers at this branch because everyone working here is always very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this branch and especially Rachel and Whitney.

I have worked with commercial banks large and small for over 34 years as an attorney and business owner. Without exaggeration, Prosperity is the worst bank I ever encountered. They continually made huge mistakes with our accounts including improper and unaccounted transfers from our accounts. We are still trying to figure out where the money went! I went in one day & God knows I was already having a long week & I was so stressed and the bank was the last place I wanted to go, but my debit card wasn’t working. I sat with Oliver Te’O, one of the bankers (best associate there). Not only did he assist me with a new debit card, he also noticed that I seemed to be having a rough week & he was so kind enough to talk to me on a personal level & not just about banking.
