I had a great experience today at this branch with Tessa, Rachel, and Analise. I was needing to open a fiduciary account and no other bank that I contacted even remotely knew what I was referring to, but they did. They completed some research, got answers quickly, and helped me get everything squared away rather quickly, even with the tedious parameters they had to stick to.
