Best bank. Went for banking, and left with directions ro my next destination. No complaints- just help. Loe 'em
I unfortunately let a potential hacker have my electronic password. I worried about it and the next morning I went to the bank, they suggested I close all my account and reopen new accounts. This is worse than getting a credit card hacked but the bank has gone out of its way to make sure my money directed to old accounts gets deposited.
I called the Weatherford Branch and they refused to help me based on the fact I opened my account in Jacksboro almost 10 years ago. I have lived in Weatherford and have gone into that branch for many years now. I requested they change my branch and she said no and asked if I wanted the number for Jacksboro. I asked to speak to the manager and she replied, "That's who told me to tell you that." That is absolutely unacceptable.
