I have conducted business with Prosperity Bank for over twenty years because of their outstanding personal service and willingness to go the extra mile for every customer on every transaction. They treat you like family and they take your financial needs seriously. The Alma Rd. branch is my favorite. Stop by and see Rebecca. She gets things done quickly, efficiently and securely!
Had a very unfortunate interaction with a teller this week while withdrawing cash. I was questioned extensively, and accusatorially by the teller. He asked - Why do I need the money? What am I going to be spending it on? When will I be spending it? Will anyone else be with me? Then they asked me to sign a glossy flyer about fraud which was clearly meant for informational purposes only. All the while I was withdrawing MY MONEY! Not cool.
now I remember why I moved all my bank accounts away from Prosperity and Chase to Truist! I wasted over an hour with these clowns! what a circus and the manager needs to go back to customer service 101.
Huge fan of this branch. I never feel rushed & it always seems very quiet. Sam always makes my day when he’s my teller!
