I just started my baking here, and nice, friendly people and great customer service.
The staff is so rude! Was at the drive thru waiting on one of the ladies they all gathered at the corner and I was completely ignored for a couple of minutes.I had to rush to Flatonia and barley made it before closing. The staff in Flatonia are super sweet ladies. I will definitely be avoiding Schulenburg with the super rude ladies! They definitely need training on customer service!
What Happened?! The staff has changed and so has the fast friendly, hometown service. I use to brag on this bank and my kids couldn't wait to go with me because the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Now I dread going. Already looking for a new bank.
