In my opinion the ladies at Prosperity Bank are some the most friendly and helpful that I have experienced. Prosperity Bank is a good bank, however, the attitude and the service from these ladies is great!
This bank is very well managed ! The staff here is amazing I always get treated with respect high level of customer service professionalism and integrity eveytime I visit them ! They definitely go above and beyond and the extra mile is an understatement.. I would highly recommend kacy missy and her entire team for all your banking needs. You would get the small town personal service but with all the big commercial bank benefits don't get me started on the bank next door!! I just started my baking here, and nice, friendly people and great customer service.
The staff is so rude! Was at the drive thru waiting on one of the ladies they all gathered at the corner and I was completely ignored for a couple of minutes.I had to rush to Flatonia and barley made it before closing. The staff in Flatonia are super sweet ladies. I will definitely be avoiding Schulenburg with the super rude ladies! They definitely need training on customer service!
