Have cashed checks at Virginia location many times, no fee jist thumbprint. Went to Eldorado location this one and they wanted to charge me 3.00 for a check under 100.00. Our non profit group has had many issues with this location. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

After dealing with two very, very, VERY, incompetent banks under Prosperity in Frisco and McKinney I decided to go to a third and last one. Enrique D. helped me in ways I didn’t even know were in his scope. For the two other locations I visited it’s insane the people who “helped” me still have jobs with how incompetent and the lack of training and care they exhibit towards people. Whoever deals with Enrique’s pay he needs to get a raise now.

We had an account with a low balance and were out of state for an extended time unable to access. When I called, I was told that to close it I would either need to go in person (not a possibility at that time) or have the account be at 0 for 30 days. We left the account as is, assuming the monthly fee would quickly take it to $0. Except not only did the monthly fee suddenly start doubling because of an "inactivity fee", but the fees took the balance below $0.
