We usually go to a Prosperity branch in another town, but happened to be in Madisonville today. It is a nice, spacious location and everybody we encountered was very friendly. I have not had any problems with Prosperity, so not understanding all these negative reviews.
Terrible bank. Stay far away from this joke of a place.
Opened new bank account. Card still in the mail not even activated and already received fraud. Was told going to get a new card and never received. Went in to see why I havent received a new card and told me they don’t know what I’m talking about.
