Elegante el lugar, y muy profesionales sus empleados
The specific location has some pretty rude employees with attitude as soon as they pick up the phone, just call or go to another location to avoid that. I think these employees need training on the way they speak to their customers. Wish I got the name of the girl I spoke with, this happened 7/11/25 at 2:30pm. So whoever answers phone calls at this time needs training :)
I switched banks a while back because I was very unhappy with their service. I am delighted with my new bank due to its excellent customer service. Diana Herrera is always impressive! She is very knowledgeable. I came in a few days ago with what I considered an issue. I was upset. The issue had nothing to do with Prosperity, but it was still a problem for me and my finances. Diana is very calm and patient. She was determined to solve my issue. I left with a sigh of relief and a sense of calmness. Patricia Hendrix
