The specific location has some pretty rude employees with attitude as soon as they pick up the phone, just call or go to another location to avoid that. I think these employees need training on the way they speak to their customers. Wish I got the name of the girl I spoke with, this happened 7/11/25 at 2:30pm. So whoever answers phone calls at this time needs training :)
I switched banks a while back because I was very unhappy with their service. I am delighted with my new bank due to its excellent customer service. Diana Herrera is always impressive! She is very knowledgeable. I came in a few days ago with what I considered an issue. I was upset. The issue had nothing to do with Prosperity, but it was still a problem for me and my finances. Diana is very calm and patient. She was determined to solve my issue. I left with a sigh of relief and a sense of calmness. Patricia Hendrix

FALSE ADVERTISING on company sites. Went to this Bank on 3512 Preston Rd., before the lobby closing at 6p on Fridays! To my surprise & anger the lobby was closed BEFORE 6P! Only the drive thru was opened. Why i couldn't use the drive thru? I took the public transit bus to get there. Problem. Now it seems that ALL branches are closed on weekends except the drive thru. Nevermind if customers need to come inside to do business, if they can't use the drive thru. So now I'll have close my accounts & open up a new one with another... read more
