My parents and myself have been banking with them for years and have never had an issue. They’re always so friendly and helpful.
Great bank with great customer service
I’ve done business here for a couple years and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The customer service isn’t great and no one notices when fraudulent charges come through, then you’ll get the run around trying to get the charge reversed. The building itself looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2002, no wonder this bank keeps getting bought out over the years. 0/10 stars.
Their check cashing fees are bullshit it's deferent every week
