I was in a bind and left my wallet in Dallas . And on fumes and starving. I went into this branch told them my issue and the young lady was phenomenal. She helped me so much im very grateful. Very very good customer service and she went above and beyond. Ty team !!!!! And the young lady at teller desk you saved me !!!!
Rude, bad business practices, horrible customer service. Manager Jerry was rude and condescending.
The " officer " to days date is 8/26/23 time was 11:57 when I was in line she refused to deposit a check that I signed over to my daughter. It always the same person I have a problem with. So she either needs to do her job or they need to find someone else that can do her job. I have had many good experiences with this bank but this employee is making me want to close my account that I have had there for over 11 years.
The drive thru tellers at this location are RUDE!
