I went into the local Prosperity because I was in town visiting my mom. Walked through the door and no greeting, although there’s two tellers and one other “higher up” standing there. The young man working the drive through turns and asks if he can help me. Seriously? I let him know I needed to have a form notarized. He lets the lady who is a notary know and her first question to him is “am I a member”. I let her know I was, which should be beside the point. They have allows been helpful to me and if something transaction wise doesn't look normal they give me a call to make sure I requested it. They also help me with doing the IRS payment every year which I am most grateful for. Charles Knippa
