12/6/24 11am video Drive thru teller: C****r refused to give me the mask wearing girls name that inspired this post. Although I did find it strange that while bank is closed she is still wearing a mask while doing videos drive thru transactions. I’m guessing Liberal…. Old fashioned beware. They have fees which you are not told about which then cause more. I can’t stay positive in this supposedly free account no matter what I do. I was warned by locals about them I should have listened. You will never Prosper with this bank! Run!!!
I wanted to support a more local bank but I have had a terrible experience with Prosperity bank. Their fees are absolutely ridiculous and they make closing out an account such a hassle. For starters, if you have an account with a min account balance, they charge you $10 if your account closes below this balance 1 day out of the cycle. They try to tell you their are no fees associated with closing your account but make you verify your new bank info with "test deposits" adding another $10.
