Very rude behavior service. I hope they try to give better customer service
Went in here for a quick currency exchange...I had a $5 bill and needed special coins ($1 and half dollar pieces) for "tooth fairy money". I was denied the exchange because I didn't have an account which was extremely upsetting since finding special coins is a lot harder now. My parents have very large accounts with Prosperity and I don't have an account with any bank because my husband is in the military and we bank with USAA which has no actual branches.
