I opened a business account for a new business I’m starting. My partner and I both had to take time off from our 9-to-5 jobs to go to the bank, sign all the paperwork, and set up the account. When we left, we were told our debit cards would be ordered and delivered within a couple of weeks. Its not this location. I used to bank with them elsewhere and they stole $125 from me. Not to mentiom that their customer service is now the new generation and they are just terrible people.

They know their patrons by name and are very helpful.
They are not service oriented at needville location. They also ignore you so other person can pick up. They also don't like it when you go there right before closing time. Their lobby hours are very restricted and changed frequently based on their own convenience. The bank is good, needville location is not. I have 6 accounts with them and still get treated like that.
