It is so nice to have a bank that still behaves like the customer is #1. I love this bank!
The bank itself is ok but some of the services, i.e., ATN, fastline, & e-statement line, are down quite frequently and that is a hassle.
I have a check I would like to verify will clear before I deposit it in my bank. Calling any Prosperity Bank number will get you their 'Fast Line' which has only two options, 1. Account Info, 2. Funds Transfer. If you need additional sevice, you are told to contact Customer Service. There is no number for Customer Service given.
