The worst bank experience ever ! Would never bank here Customer Service is the worse No wonder they have 2.3 rating 🤦♂️
Sheila the drive through Manager has no business working with numbers or balances, she stumbles through explaining anything and absolutely has no care about the customer, she just wants her paycheck cause she could care less about her banking customers. Terrible!
Beware. This Katy branch drive through was not open the Tuesday after Preidents Day at 7:40AM, as posted it would be open at 7:30 that morning.
