Horrible service and I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone with 2 cents in their pockets. I initially went here to open a business account with my husband and I. Provided the necessary paperwork and money and was told my business tax information came back inactive. Checked with the Texas comptroller and everything was sorted. Called and the staff said it was still coming up inactive and I couldn’t get an account there. So I went straight to PNC Bank and opened an account with the same paperwork and there was no issue. The worst bank experience ever ! Would never bank here Customer Service is the worse No wonder they have 2.3 rating 🤦♂️
Sheila the drive through Manager has no business working with numbers or balances, she stumbles through explaining anything and absolutely has no care about the customer, she just wants her paycheck cause she could care less about her banking customers. Terrible!
