Horrible service and I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone with 2 cents in their pockets. I initially went here to open a business account with my husband and I. Provided the necessary paperwork and money and was told my business tax information came back inactive. Checked with the Texas comptroller and everything was sorted. Called and the staff said it was still coming up inactive and I couldn’t get an account there. So I went straight to PNC Bank and opened an account with the same paperwork and there was no issue.
