PROSPERITY BANK staff has been very helpful. The banking officer Karalyn Fox helped me get through the paperwork I needed done for a new account. She was very professional, nice, and respectful. I give this place 5 stars!!!

I have been banking here for about 3 years no problem. Until a few weeks ago I started having trouble with one teller. I don't know her name but she is really rude. I used to send in mine and my daughters checks together for deposit. Somehow they would get confused maybe the last name or I don't know. Separate account numbers but they would always put mine in hers and hers in mine. It was an inconvenience to me because I would have to come in and ask them to fix it. So I started to separate them. I had a completely unacceptable experience with Prosperity Bank in Cleveland and do not recommend them. As a business manager, I regularly deposit funds and exchange currency through their drive-through, but today I was told I couldn't get a cashier's check with cash in hand because my name isn't on the account, despite the fact that I manage the account and had the cash ready for the transaction.
