I had a completely unacceptable experience with Prosperity Bank in Cleveland and do not recommend them. As a business manager, I regularly deposit funds and exchange currency through their drive-through, but today I was told I couldn't get a cashier's check with cash in hand because my name isn't on the account, despite the fact that I manage the account and had the cash ready for the transaction.
