I came to cash 3 separate checks just now. The cashier was very rude & to me she was racist. She only cashed 2 checks. She appeared to me she was new & didn't know what to do! I been to this location two months ago & didn't have any problems cashing the same types of checks before. I definitely won't be back at this location ever again! 🤨
Beware of your cash deposit! Apparently the tellers are not trained in counting your funds in front of you. They tend to walk off to count the money and may return with a lower amount causing concern. This Bank needs better management!

Discusting customer service. My mother, who is dying of cancer, was denied depositing a cashers check into her account. My mom is unable to care for herself. She sold her home. She wanted to deposit her cashers check into her account. The bank verified the check as legitimate. She has a large balance im her account. They reason for denial was the "The bank doesn't feel comfortable depositing hee check. They refused to answer why they are uncomfortable . They are basically denying a dying woman her last wishes.
