It's a beautiful Bank people are friendly and the honors are customers
We've had an account here for years. The staff has always been friendly with us and has helped us throughout several life transitions with ease. The young ladies at the teller line always greet me as soon as I walk in with friendly hellos and smiles on their faces.
This is the most ridiculous acting bank I’ve ever heard of! They are judgmental and they are too busy trying to know everything about the people who have accounts there to actually do their actual job. They are very unprofessional to be so nosy about what the people do with their own money is not their business!! I’m just sick of banks in this town they all share information about their customers that should never be spoken about at all!!! But this just goes along with everything else in this town. Please find a different bank if you’re looking for one. Prosperity is not where you want to bank. Charges on my account for checks I never ordered TWICE!! With no explanation on who authorized the transactions. Way to go Prosperity Bank.
