This is the most ridiculous acting bank I’ve ever heard of! They are judgmental and they are too busy trying to know everything about the people who have accounts there to actually do their actual job. They are very unprofessional to be so nosy about what the people do with their own money is not their business!! Please find a different bank if you’re looking for one. Prosperity is not where you want to bank. Charges on my account for checks I never ordered TWICE!! With no explanation on who authorized the transactions. Way to go Prosperity Bank.
I transferred money into a friend’s account. The next day I was called into the bank and the branch manager and president of the bank started asking questions on why I did this. I was also asked to write a statement. About a week later I received a letter stating that they would no longer service my account and gave me 30 days to close it with no explanation as to why.
