Wouldn't accept my paper license to cash paycheck even though it's a valid state issued id.. horrible bank I'll never do business with these idiots again. Takes up to 30 days to receive new card drivers license in the mail... This bank made my family skip dinner tonight... Am I supposed to wait another couple of weeks to get food and gas now ? I showed them my card I'd that's expired and my printed paper id and still wouldn't cash it.

Horrible bank do not bank here everytime you try to get a loan they find some way to deny you, and even if it’s a collateral loan they will give you bottom dollar or if you get scammed they do everything to pay you not fraud protection even if you been with them over ten years and have had millions dollars come through there they will still screw you over
