Horrible experience trying to open a business account! Banker had to go to Google to answer my questions. Bank management sat at his desk and did nothing to help after two requests. No thanks
I was interested in refinancing my home. I was told that Candi Biggers, one of the mortgage lenders, could be of help....Well, she was not at all helpful to me. She may be good at parts of her job, but is lacking a big part of what keeps Customers coming back, and that is her Customer service skills. And that is calling people/possible Customers back instead of letting all the calls going straight to voicemail.
