I went to this location to cash a check from the company I’ve been working for 2+ years and they were trying to hold my check for almost 2 weeks so they can “verify” it. Seriously?! I’ve cashed in multiple checks with the same company through them before with no issues and now I guess they think I’m trying to commit fraud or something. Best bank I ever worked with!
I’ve been doing business with Prosperity Bank for awhile, with many branches, but this location is different. We were welcome by every single staff when we walked from the front entrance to the back. Whats an experience. But it happened only once, well good enough for 5 stars! :)
